Why this, why now
We are inside once in a lifetime moment of change of technology. Similar to invention of Internet (later 1990s when I was in middle school). I pursued PhD in Machine Learning by my early love for AI (when it was not that hot!). During my 15+years of careers, I have donned many hats at the core of AI technology — professor, researcher, student, engineer, scientist, manager and executive.
Everyday I’m observing fascinating developments and tectonic shift in the AI talent demand and supply. This blog is a living space of my thoughts, learnings and sometimes recommendations on technology, career and business.

This blog might be appealing to people who are interested in Tech space and careers. Especially folks who have growth mindset and high learning rate from anecdotes and past experiences of others.
What to expect?
Throughout my career I’ve benefited from people who were generous in sharing with others — research paper authors, book authors, professors, engineers, managers, friends, podcasters and so on who made sure to convey high signal information.
